Project Graduation is made possible through the efforts of many volunteers who contribute toward the varied needs that have evolved to create a successful evening for our youth.

The following committee descriptions give a sense of the breadth of planning and execution that the Project Graduation volunteers undertake each year:
  • Set Up - Assisting committees as needed
  • Chaperoning (Non-senior parents only) - Shifts are 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM, and 1:00 AM to 5:00 AM
  • Decorating - Designing and constructing sets, planning, setting-up, etc.
  • Fundraising - Sending letters to local businesses and civic groups, and developing new contacts
  • Entertainment - Contacting and contracting entertainers, setting up and planning sports and other activities
  • Memory Lane - Collecting, organizing, and displaying photos, young and old, of the graduates
  • Food - Getting donations of food and drinks from area restaurants and suppliers, and setting up
  • Post Party Clean-Up - 5:00 AM cleanup at Teamworks
  • Publicity - Responsible for newspaper articles and public relations for the organization and its supporters within the community
  • Invitations / Gifts - Design and production of the invitations; order senior gifts
